The purpose of this project was to re-design and reestablish a sense of ease when it came to customers using online banking. This was done by creating a brand new all-encompassing support website complete with articles, how-to guides, and demonstration videos.

This project done in conjunction with the re-platform of the Lloyds banking website which you will also find here in my portfolio. It was important to understand the client needs under the Bank of Scotland Brand. Like Lloyds customers they were facing the same issues of not understanding how to undertake routine day to day tasks properly within commercial banking online.
This project turned out to be a great success and site re-design looked very clean, modern and simple to Navigate.
I was recently in touch the Bank of Scotland staff who have said the new website has made a tremendous difference to clients understanding the commercial banking system and have said the project has been a real success that requires little maintenance going forward.
