I was contracted into work with Lloyds bank over a period of 18 months in which we would work together to create a brand new customer support website for their commercial banking channel.

banking is a complicated beast and naturally their online banking platform is no different. My task was to come up with a much more simplified version of their support site teaching users how to carry out day to day tasks on the platform.
I worked on the web development part of this project but in conjunction with UX designers, copywriters and graphic designers. To date I gained my most valuable experience working on this project as project managed it as well as worked on the web development function.
This project turned out to be a great success and site re-design looked very clean, modern and simple to Navigate.
I was recently in touch the Bank of Scotland staff who have said the new website has made a tremendous difference to clients understanding the commercial banking system and have said the project has been a real success that requires little maintenance going forward.
