Pompom prints was born from Natalie creating and selling nursery prints for children on marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, and eBay. She quickly realised that a real asset to her would be her own website that is not shrouded in competition from hundreds of other sellers. She needed to the website to connect with her buyers and make them feel like they were shopping on a high-end platform.
Testing & UX
I thought out and put together her whole Pompom brand in a way that would resonate well with her customers. The intention was to give off a classic yet modern look which is what most mothers seem to strive for when picking items for the new babies.
The main tasks covered included:
After doing all of this set up I managed to generate her almost £10,000 in her first month of trade on the new website. This revenue came from Google and Facebook Advertising. Natalie was amazed and we continue to work together on a monthly basis managing her advertising and making changes/updates to her website.
